INTRODUCTION
NobleProg France is committed to an equal opportunities policy to allow all learners to access its training and develop their potential . All learners with temporary or permanent disabilities, or who suffer from a disabling health disorder are supported throughout their training. NobleProg France is therefore committed, for any student with a disability, to:
- Take into account his needs;
- Study specific arrangements for their support throughout their training;
- Create links between different services;
- Support him in his efforts.
NobleProg France thus sets itself the mission of deploying the human, material and technical resources at its disposal to promote the reception, support and professional integration of learners with disabilities. However, the learner's success remains their responsibility and NobleProg France cannot be held responsible in the event that the learner does not deploy the necessary resources to obtain their certification.
In this Welcome Booklet you will find essential information on the accessibility of our training courses, the support system deployed for learners with disabilities, as well as the arrangements put in place.
Since our training courses can take place both in person and remotely, we also present in this guide the system for apprentices with disabilities. Finally, you will find useful contacts to help you with your procedures throughout your training.
I. THE RECEPTION SYSTEM FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH DISABILITIES
1. What is disability?
The following are considered a disability:
- The limitation of activity or restriction of participation in social life suffered by a person due to an impairment, function or disabling health disorder;
- Any limitation of activity or restriction of participation in social life suffered in their environment by a person due to a substantial, lasting or permanent impairment of one or more physical, sensory, mental, cognitive or psychological functions, a multiple disability or a disabling health disorder;

In order to benefit from the support system and specific arrangements, we invite you to provide an official document attesting to your disability situation or to take the necessary steps to obtain recognition of your disability.
Below you will find the list of the different recognitions and organizations that issue or attest to your disability situation. Within NobleProg France, you have a contact person, Loïc Stas de Richelle, who will help you adapt the training to your specific situation.
Its mission is to ensure that the reception of participants with disabilities is taken into account by all those involved in the training: Trainer, coordinator, secretary, point of contact.
Loïc is your privileged contact in your efforts and ensures that you can access training in the best possible conditions, based on the principle of fairness.
3. How does my training take place?
Support in 3 steps:
- When should I talk about my disability?
At any time, you can report your disability, starting with your initial training request. Simply indicate this in the "comment" space provided for this purpose on the training request form. The coordinator will be informed directly.
If you prefer to talk about your disability situation directly to the trainer, simply send them an email.
As soon as the trainer is informed of your situation, he can arrange an appointment with you in order to put in place the arrangements necessary for the smooth running of your training.
For these arrangements to be made, you will be asked to provide the certificate of recognition of your disability situation or any other document attesting to your situation.
- How is my training adapted?
During the interview you will have with the trainer, he or she will determine with you the accommodations you will need. Depending on your situation, these accommodations may vary.
- How is my training monitored?
Throughout your training, your trainer remains available to listen to you, as does the coordinator if you feel the need.
They monitor your progress and ensure a link between your stakeholders and the various administrative departments of your company.
The trainer undertakes to respect the confidential nature of your exchanges and will not transmit any information concerning you without your consent.
AccessDigital Accessibility 2024 : Our online learning platforms comply with the latest WCAG 2.2 standards, ensuring enhanced accessibility for learners with visual, hearing, cognitive or motor disabilities.
